Regional contributions for the achievement of the Driver Qualification Card CQC

As part of professional retraining of the workers in the road transport sector, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region provides, also for the year 2021, contributions for the achievement of the Driver Qualification Card (CQC), in addition to the class C driving license (for heavy vehicles) or the class E driving license (for trailers).

Specifically, the regional contribution covers up to 80% of applicants’ costs related to the courses at authorized driving schools or centers, even if not in the regional territory, teaching material and driving lessons. 

All unemployed, casual workers or holders of a low-income VAT number, aged between 18 and 55 years, resident in the regional territory for at least 5 years, having the psychophysical requirements for driving, can submit the application for the contribution. 

To submit the application, fill in the appropriate form by May 17, 2021.

The documents that need to be attached to the application:

  • copy of a valid identity document;
  • the detailed cost estimate issued by the driving school or training center;
  • only for casual workers or holders of a VAT number, copy of the 2020 Tax return;
  • the request relating to the payment methods of the contribution.

The application can be sent by registered letter to the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia - Central Directorate for Infrastructures and Territory - Regional Civil Motorization Service - Via Popone, 67 - 33100 UDINE, or it can be sent by certified e-mail to: motorizzazione.territorio@certregione.fvg.it, with the following subject line: "Application for contribution CQC 2021".
