It all started when Erminio Gianesini gave life to the transport company in Idria.

• January 1, 1924 - Company foundation
• 1930 - Starting of the passenger transport service along the Isonzo Valley
• 1935 - Restarting of the freight transport activity
• 1940 - Arrival in Gorizia and opening of the new headquarters
• 1944/45 - The war has a negative impact on the company activity
• 1949 - Opening of the agencies in Trieste, Milan, Pordenone, Udine, Treviso, Conegliano e Codroipo
• 1959 – Starting of the liquid chemicals products transport service
• 1967 - Opening of the current headquarters in via San Gabriele in Gorizia
• 1983 - Obtaining of the authorization to operate as a shipping company
• 1989 - Entry into the new Eastern European markets 
• 1996 - Opening of the branch office in Modena 
• 1998 - Obtaining of the IATA certification and opening of air and sea departments 
• 1999 - Obtaining of the authorization for customs operators 
• 2001 - Opening of the branch office in Milan
• 2009 - Obtaining of the AEOF certification 
• 2017 - Opening of the branch office in Trieste
• 2019 - Arrival of the fourth generation
